Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may have to cancel an appointment with us. In this instance, we kindly ask you to notify us of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. . If the request of rescheduling arrives within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a credit and the possibility to book a new appointment within 30 days. For Website, Email, In-person, Gift Voucher Bookings, Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled appointments will incur no charge to the card provided to secure your booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in 100% of the appointment cost being charged to the card provided to secure your booking. No-shows will result in 100% of the appointment cost being charged to the card provided to secure your booking. You can reschedule an appointment free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. For Gift Voucher Redemption Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the valid months mentioned. No refunds will be issued for differences in value if the entire amount is not redeemed. The gift voucher must be used by the recipient named on the card, and the service must be booked by the recipient. Plan (Treatments & Consultations) Redemption Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment or No-shows will result in the loss of one treatment or program from your plan. All treatments as part of a Plan must be redeemed within the valid months mentioned. When you purchase a Treatment Plan you will receive a discounted price for 3 or 5 x treatments. All treatments as part of a Plan must normally be redeemed within valid months. payment is to be made upfront, and these Plans are non-refundable. Refunds If we must cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment, you can choose to reschedule or to ask for full refund in case the service has been already paid. We offer you a full refund on any herbal purchases you have made, provided you return them unopened within seven days of purchase. Late Arrivals If you are late for your appointment, we will aim to keep your appointment duration to its original length provided there are no other appointments following yours. If another massage/treatment is booked after your treatment, you can either opt to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment for another time. *The latter option carries a 50% cancellation charge*
